While some of the topics are more general for Talent Acquisition, there are a ton of workshops and talks that are also great for people who work specifically in Recruitment Marketing. The focus of this year’s event is “From Insights to Impact”, so we anticipate a lot of focus on how you can leverage data and analytics to improve what you do. Highlights this year include: “Building Employer Brand at Netflix From a Team of One”, “Bringing Your Culture to the Candidates” and “Using Insights to Elevate Your Talent Brand”.
When & where: Oct. 15 – 17, 2018, in Orlando, FL.
The ERE Recruiting Conference is a Talent Acquisition hands-on style conference that tends to have several sessions dedicated to Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing. Some of the stand-out topics from the fall agenda for Recruitment Marketers include a focus on employer value propositions, candidate experience best practices, Facebook recruiting ads and editorial strategy.
