We are so excited to share the Rally® Awards winners for 2022! In its third year, the Rally Awards is a global competition that recognizes and celebrates excellence in Recruitment Marketing and employer branding practices by individuals and teams who work in-house at employers.
With this annual competition, Rally’s goal is to recognize practitioners as well as share new best practices and strategies with our community to advance the practice of Recruitment Marketing and employer branding.

The judging criteria varied according to the category, but in general, nominees were evaluated and scored on 4 principal factors:

This year’s entries were all impressive and deserving of recognition! With so many strong entries, awards were given for 1st, 2nd and (for the first time) 3rd place! Recruitment Marketing Rising Star
This distinguished award is given to a practitioner with between 1 to 3 years of experience in a full-time Recruitment Marketing or employer branding role. The award recognizes an individual who has already made an impact by helping to transform talent acquisition strategy at their company into one that’s brand-led and marketing-driven, distinguishing this person as a future leader in our profession.
