Winners Announced in the 2023 Rally® Awards™ Recognizing Excellence in Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding

The 2023 Rally® Awards™ honor 29 winners in 14 categories, including Best Content Marketing Program and Best Employer Brand Launch, plus Rising Stars and Recruitment Marketer of the Year

Boston, MA — May 8, 2023

Rally® Recruitment Marketing, the largest community of 45,000 recruitment marketing, employer branding and talent attraction professionals, today announced the winners of the 2023 Rally® Awards™

Now in its fourth year, the Rally Awards is a global competition that honors excellence in recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies used by employers to attract top talent. This year, 29 awards were presented to individuals and teams for categories that include Best Employer Brand Launch, Best Recruitment Marketing Campaign and Best Careers Social Media Channel. Distinguished awards were also given for Recruitment Marketing Rising Star and Recruitment Marketer of the Year. Illustrating the growing number of employers that are adopting recruitment marketing and talent branding strategies to stand out in this competitive labor market, the number of submissions was the highest in the competition’s history.
